Quaffee offers both Tracking and Servicing for companies to manage their coffee, and their coffee machines.

Essentially you can out source your coffee management, and also if you have  a Super Automatic, we can look after the cleaning materials and the servicing of the machine for you.

Are you looking for someone to pop in regularly and check you machine, offer a swap out machine if things go wrong, or you machine needs a service? Then this is the option for you.

Our Service offerings let you select what you want from you service contract you can choose any combination from the below:

  • Hours or part hours per month that you would like to reserve in case something needs to be looked at
  • Prepayment of cleaning materials, like
    • cappuccino frother cleaning liquid
    • coffee filter cleaning pills
    • decalcification tablets
    • Regular servicing of machine
    so that it is easy to budget
  • Ensuring that there is a swap out machine if you would like to send you machine for a service, or something goes wrong

Cost is approximately R35.00 extra per kilogram of coffee, so this means that for all the service contract we require that the client only use our specialty grade coffee

Coffee Usage Tracking

Imagine always having fresh roasted coffee?

Quaffee tracks every one of their Business users. As we supply coffee to them we take stock. Then using dates, cup counts (if available) and quantity of coffee ordered, we first register what is supplied and then using previous stock levels and supply we predict we a business will next need.

This means that as a business you can track you coffee usage see how much it is costing you per cup Is usage going up or down, and does it track you staff compliment. You can also determine if some of it disappearing out the back door?

Through our industry unique tracking and working with us, you will only have the finest specialty grade coffee roasted fresh to match your consumption. By fresh we mean that from roast to delivery is within 24 hrs for Cape Town clients.

What this means your business can ensure that they are receiving the finest quality coffees that have made the grade from the around the world.

 Some instant coffees now cost almost double fresh bean coffees so you may even see a drop in cost, but stll have an increase in quality. Now that is an offer worth considering.
