Event Rentals

Need a automatic coffee machine and specialty coffee for and event, function or Exhibition then here is our offer.

All we need from you is an estimate number of coffees (or people), and the number of days. There are a few conditions to the rental:

  • You need to prepay (we charge R250.00 per day (or R2,500 per month), but exclude the day we have deliver and collect)
  • There is a setup fee, to program the machine to the cups you source of R195.00
  • Only our specialty grade coffee can be used, it is roasted to perfection and our machines love it, so will your coffee drinkers
  • If the event is not within 15kms of one of our agents then we reserve the right to charge for delivery and collection
  • Insurance is excluded, if the unit is damaged or stolen then replacement or repair is at your cost
  • We will clean machine before use, if more than 200 cups are served then you will need to clean the machine on site
  • Filters are compulsory since the quality of water is unknown, we will put a new filter in on collection
  • We will estimate amount of coffee we recommend on the TOTAL amount of people you enter
  • No barrista or staff required to use the machine
  • We do the coffee, and the machine, you do the rest
