	The first critical step in producing fine coffee is to source truly world-class coffee beans. The best quality beans are internationally rated Specialty Grade (scoring at least 80/100 when tasted). These select coffees we carefully roast to expose the best flavours and aroma the coffee beans exhibit, cooling them when ready with only air.		Grinding the coffee beans and brewing the coffee should be considered one single event. Ground beans must be used immediately - or the unique flavours diminish. That is why we recommend the Jura super automatic coffee machines, at a press of a button the grind to order and prepare the brew to match the grams ground. This is why they achieve consistently good results.
