The first critical step in producing fine coffee is to source truly world-class Arabica coffee beans.

The best quality beans are internationally rated Specialty Grade (scoring at least 80/100 when tasted). These select coffees we hand roast them to expose the flavours and aroma the coffee beans exhibit best for us, cooling them only air.

We add no gasses, flavourants or oils to our roast.

Grinding the coffee beans and brewing the coffee should be considered one single event.

Ground beans should be used immediately - or the unique flavours diminish.

For a consistant brew, with little human intervention, Jura super automatic coffee machines stand out of us. At a press of a button they grind to order and prepare the brew to match the grams ground. Convenience and freshness combine in a great crema being achieved everytime.
